1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the ku9 band platform. By registering or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of the following terms.

ku9 band provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above 21+. If the correct age is not verified at registration, or if an underage user is identified later, ku9 band reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses will be cancelled. The details provided at registration — name, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and your own.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9 band may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time after a request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If any unauthorised transaction occurs on your account, contact support immediately.

3 Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at ku9 band can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Use only a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ku9 band offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed. Attempting to close the account before meeting the requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses the bonus system or engages in fraudulent strategies, ku9 band reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the account.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

ku9 band's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up through the tiers based on their regular activity.

Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Weekly cashback is the amount returned at a set rate on the net loss — that is, total losses minus total winnings for the week. Once received, cashback is usable under its own terms.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Deceiving or harassing other users.
Operating an account under a false identity.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, ku9 band may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, cancel all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Sports Betting — Special Terms

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Only bets placed on approved betting markets are valid. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If the outcome of a match is not determined, it will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, ku9 band reserves the right to cancel that bet. In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.

7.3 Multi Bets

A multi bet is won only if all selections are correct. Even a single incorrect selection results in losing the entire bet.

8 Data Protection and Privacy

By opening an account, you give ku9 band permission to send messages to the mobile number and email you provided for necessary communications. You may withdraw this permission at any time through support.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

ku9 band aims to provide uninterrupted service; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical reasons. ku9 band is not liable for losses on active bets or transactions during such situations.

If a technical fault in a game causes an incorrect result to be displayed, ku9 band reserves the right to settle using the correct result, even if this occurs after the fact.

12 Account Closure

12.1 Initiated by the User

Any member may close their account by contacting support. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any approved balance before closure.

12.2 Initiated by ku9 band

In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct, ku9 band may suspend or permanently close an account. In such cases, associated bonuses and any disputed winnings may be forfeited.

For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email or mobile, but this is not mandatory. It is the member's own responsibility to review the terms regularly.

15 General Provisions

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining terms will continue in full force. Failure by ku9 band to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between ku9 band and the user and supersede any previous statements made verbally or in writing.
